Installation instructions.
1. The water inlet pipe ① should be continuously tilted downward > 1% to allow the condensate to flow into the water storage tank.
2. The minimum diameter of the input pipe ② and the connector ④ is 1/2" (inner diameter > 15mm). Large pipes should be selected as much as possible to reduce resistance.
3. Small filters and U-shaped pipes ③ cannot be installed before the water inlet, which will affect the self-flow performance of the condensate.
4. Only large-diameter ball valves or gate valves or butterfly valves ④ can be used at the inlet, and sufficient opening should be ensured.
5. The minimum working pressure of the water storage tank ⑤ is 0.8bar or 1.6bar (see the label for details).
6. The drainage pressure hose ⑥ should be selected as much as possible to facilitate installation.
7. The minimum pressure increases by 0.1bar for every 1m rise of the drainage pipe. ⑦, the rise section at the output end does not exceed 5m!
8. The minimum diameter of the drainage head ⑧ is 1", and 1% downward tilt can reduce drainage resistance.
9. Spare nozzle ⑨ can be used for vertical installation or large-diameter pipes, and can also be used as a return pipe.
10. Drain port ⑩ can be installed with a ball valve as a manual sewage discharge or as a heater installation port.

Note:
When condensed water automatically flows into the water storage tank or backflows, various shapes of PET plastic containers and bottles are produced. A return pipe must be installed! If the water inlet pipe cannot be set with a sufficient inclination, a return pipe must be installed. Compared with the method described in the previous point 3, this solution is slightly worse, and the method described in the previous point 3 should be selected as much as possible.
